MWOS TEAM

Muffy

owner/founder/organizer

Muffy started MWOS almost accidentally - her tendency to organize friends and families closets, cabinets and linen closets started to become a frequent request…and then she realized the need for organizers in homes and businesses. She started MWOS in 2010.

Most people crave a calm space to relax in - helping homes and people get there is her dream come true and her gift.

Muffy lives in Gloucester with her two awesome kids, husband, dog and six chickens!

Top picks: The color blue, the beach or Telluride, CO, coffee (is food, right?), the book “Harry’s Trees”, by Jon Cohen.

  • Danielle

    lead organizer

Danielle joined MWOS five years ago after raising her two children. She is the “mother of all multitaskers” who enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially when they are traveling to exciting, new places. Her fierce work ethic is juxtaposed with her caring and respectful nature. Danielle is an organizing expert, but her superpower is being a kind and dedicated friend. She will approach you and your project with openness as she leads you through a lovingly well-executed transformation.

Top picks: Planning vacations, traveling near and far, cooking for my family, cuddling with my dog Ruby and most importantly spending time with my kids, Michael and Abby.

  • Diane

    lead organizer

Former real estate broker and property manager, she understands the process of juggling life, career, moving and stressful moments in between. An avid lover of the outdoors and organizing homes, events, travel and clutter. Diane loves a clean fridge and time with family and friends around her kitchen island.

Top picks: the color blue, chocolate chip cookies, going up mountains, hugs from my kids, a clean uncluttered kitchen.

  • Meghan

    lead organizer

Meghan grew up on the North Shore and only returned in 2014, after multiple family moves, both abroad and locally with her husband and three sons. Her love of organizing, cleaning, and editing always helped her feel settled and calm in each new place. Meghan met Muffy when she invited MWOS to speak to the Parent group at their son’s High School, where she works part time. Little did she know, their collaboration would lead to her becoming part of Muffy’s expanding team herself!

Top Picks: the color orange, the beach + NH Lake life, anything chocolate, traveling with her family of 5, watching her boys play lacrosse and the Great British Bake Off.

  • Stephanie

    organizer

A design enthusiast, Stephanie studied art history in college and most recently worked in the interior design field before coming to MWOS. She approaches each job with the client’s style in mind, working to ensure that their project not only functions at its best, but looks pleasing to the eye! From arranging butler’s pantries and bookshelves to styling coffee tables and consoles, Stephanie loves the process of making each home its very best.

Top picks: the daily Wordle, rowing in Gloucester Harbor, flea markets and thrift stores, and renovating her 1860’s home in Magnolia with her husband and three children.

  • Sue

    organizer

Prior to working at MWOS, Sue worked in the field of elementary education where she felt an organized and clutter free classroom created an ideal learning environment for students. She is a busy mom of three and strives to keep her home efficient to keep pace with their active lives. Sue understands that an organized space creates a calm place to learn, grow and relax. She loves a well organized linen closet, freshly made beds, a tidy kitchen, and very long beach days with friends and family.

Top picks: her morning coffee, navy blue, watching her kids play their many sports, walking on the beach with her dog, Doris, and playing cards with her husband and kids.

  • Beccah

    lead organizer

Beccah joined MWOS in a search to help the world become better organized! She specializes in a gentle touch when helping clients downsize or with their estate needs. She loves a treasure hunt, and finding value and need for items that are no longer wanted by their owners.

Beccah is the backbone of the MWOS Cambridge team, and also ventures up to the North Shore every once in a while.

In her spare time, she is a mom of two, busy in her school community, constantly organizing her own spaces, and still contemplating writing the next great American novel.
